These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Beauty Elite via our website and any treatments or products you may purchase at our center. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Process: Appointments for treatments can be booked both online or by phone.
  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the full price of the treatment. This charge must be paid via bank transfer to the account below within 7 calendar days of the missed appointment:

    • Beneficiary: Centre Esthétique Beauty Elite SARL
    • Payment Reference: Your Name and Appointment Date

    Please ensure the correct reference is included to match the payment to your booking. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on your ability to make future bookings.

  • Refunds: Payments for consultations and treatments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Payment Options: We accept payment in cash and credit cards.

3. Liability for Treatments

  • Client Responsibility: Prior to commencing any treatment, clients must inform their therapist of any medical condition or allergies that may affect the service.
  • Disclaimer of Liability: While we strive for excellence, Beauty Flite is not liable for any adverse reactions which may occur as a result of undisclosed medical conditions or improper post-treatment care.
  • Results: Individual results will vary based on various factors such as skin type, product combination, and aftercare.

4. Products and Sales

  • BABOR Products Sales: Our skincare products, including those from the BABOR line, can be purchased online or in-store. All products are for external use only.
  • Product Returns: Due to the nature of our skincare products, we only accept returns on unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Beauty Elite or our third-party licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

6. Website Use

  • Prohibited Acts: Users are prohibited from using our website for unlawful activities or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our system. Any violation may result in termination of access to our services.
  • Technical Availability: While we strive to maintain a stable and secure website, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtimes or interruptions in service.
